3. A strong and durable competitive advantage;
4. A business earning a high return on its invested capital;
5. A business that employs little or no debt to support its growth;
6. Operating in an economy that is not exposed to huge currency risk;
7. Run by honest and competent management (if this characteristic lacks, forget all the above);

And finally, an offer price; as we don’t want to waste your nor our time.
